711 is a masked vigilante who regularly escapes from his prison cell to fight crime.
History
After agreeing to take the place of his lookalike friend Jacob Horn, Daniel Dyce is arrested and sentenced to life imprisonment. He's assigned the number "711" in place of a name.
He digs a tunnel from his cell and spends his sentence fighting crime both inside and outside the Westmoor Prison walls. He prevented prison breaks, fought crooked cops, protected informants, and cleared the names of inmates unjustly imprisoned.
On multiple occasions, he foiled a Nazi spy ring partially operating within the prison, sometimes leaving members for Uncle Sam to finish dealing justice.[1]
The warden would come to appoint him as inmate trustee. However, while pursuing a criminal racketeer, he is shot dead, his murder witnessed by Destiny.[2]
