Doll Girl is Martha Roberts, a super-hero with the ability to shrink to the size of a doll. Her career began as the female counterpart to Doll Man. There is also a second Doll Girl involved with the Teen Titans in the modern era. Doll Girl was created by Will Eisner, first appearing in the Quality Comics publication Feature Comics #27. (1939)
