Ebeneezer Badde is a Croatoan smuggler who lived within the vast tunnels connecting the reclusive underground community of Limbo Town and "the Blue Rafters", the above ground New York City.
History
After his initiation into the Brotherhood of Witch-men, Badde left Limbo Town because he felt suffocated by the dourness of the underground world. At some point, he became involved with above-ground humans who ventured underground for illegal activities, and began kidnapping children to be traded to them as slave labor for Melmoth. A group of around 250 children who escaped and became trapped in the tunnels formed a vicious collective hivemind called Leviathan set on killing Badde, who they named "Hunter-of-Children".
When Ebeneezer attempted to sell an unwitting Klarion to the traders, Klarion was tipped off by the children and allowed them to finally have their revenge by mobbing and killing Badde.[1]

- Psychic Link: Ebeneezer possesses a psychic link to his familiar Fear-Naught.
- Magic: Beings born in Limbo Town have a deep magical history that has been passed down from generation to generation, magic and religion are one in the same for them. Although Ebeneezer has left Limbo Town, due to his being eligible to join the Brotherhood of Witch-men, he is likely very skilled in dark magic.
