Elinore Stone was the mother of Cyborg.
History
Elinore Stone was a scientist who worked at S.T.A.R. Labs. She was the wife of Silas Stone and mother of Victor Stone. Elinore and Silas were responsible for the creation of a Dimensional Transmitter that accidentally brought an alien spore into the Earth dimension. Though Silas succeeded in reversing the process and sending the entity back to its native realm, it managed to kill Elinore and greatly injure their son, Victor.
