Synopsis for "Full Throttle: Storm Front"

Iris Allen shoots her grandson with a tranquilizer gun, but Bart manages to dodge the incoming darts, using one of them instead to take out Zoom.

Meanwhile, Inertia rounds up Rogues, including Captain Cold and Abra Kadabra. He explains to Kadabra his plan: to stop time for everyone but them.

Iris explains that she had hired Zoom to protect Bart from a coming danger by removing his powers temporarily. After some prodding, he is able to get her to tell him what she knows. She tells of the army of Rogues that Inertia is forming. Confident in his ability to handle them, he tells his grandmother that he will be okay and then speeds away to class at the LA Police Academy.

After recruiting Weather Wizard, Inertia has a meeting of his Rogues, which also include Mirror Master, Pied Piper, and Heat Wave, and tells them of his plan. They will start by capturing the Getty Center, which has an extraordinarily strong foundation, to use for the construction of Inertia's time-stopping machine.

At the academy, Bart discovers Valerie Perez waiting for him in the hallway. She claims she wants to try again with him, but Bart says he needs some time. Arriving late to class, he is told by his instructor that he is wanted for questioning at headquarters.

The Rogues begin taking action and attack the Getty Center.

Bart arrives at headquarters and is questioned about Steppenwolf's recent attack on the academy and how evidence pointed to something being stolen from his locker. He is arrested for being an accessory and obstructing justice. However, after learning about the attack on the Getty Center, he vibrates out of his handcuffs and reveals his secret identity to the detectives questioning him.
