Synopsis for "A Day at the Beach"

A submarine crewed by a neo-Nazi terrorist group called the Fascist Brotherhood sails south along the California coast toward La Jolla.  In La Jolla, Grunge has Roxy drop him off at his favorite surfing spot, which happens to be a nude beach, before she drives to a nearby pier to get some coffee. As he walks down to the water, Grunge meets a young, attractive heiress named Lola Montressori sunbathing nude.  Grunge enjoys surfing waves until an inexperienced surfer causes him to crash onto the rocks.  Unhurt thanks to his powers, he bursts out of the water in a plant-like form, scaring away the other surfers.  Offshore, the Fascist Brotherhood spots Lola on the beach and deploys two operatives to capture her in order to hold her for ransom.  They shoot her bodyguard, but Grunge fends them off. Lola kisses him in thanks.  The submarine surfaces and fires a torpedo at the beach.  Grunge uses his powers to catch it and redirect it back, destroying the sub. Later, Lola fawns over Grunge until Roxy arrives and angrily pulls him away.
