Synopsis for "When Worlds Collide"

Bobby and Grunge are discussing music at a record store when the clerk sees a homeless man staring at them outside.  When they confront him, he reaches for Grunge, and a fight breaks out.  At the safehouse, Roxy looks up her stepmother in the phone book, Caitlin spars with Sarah in the gym, and Lynch is tense and on edge.  The homeless man, apparently mute, easily fends off Grunge and demonstrates Gen-Active abilities.  Burnout tries to use his heat powers, but the man alters them so they burn his hands instead. The police arrive, but the man has vanished so they arrest Burnout and Grunge.  Caitlin continues to angst over the version of Lynch she saw in the future. Roxy tells her to discuss it with Lynch. Caitlin goes to knock on his door, but she stops when she hears him arguing with an IO agent on the phone. Roxy is trying to summon the courage to call her mom when the phone rings, and it is Grunge calling from jail.
