Hagga is the Sorceress Royal of Orando.
History
She bestowed her powers of creating magical illusions to her granddaughter Princess Projectra, who later became a Legionnaire and future Queen.
Unfortunately, King Voxv, Projectra's father, died before he could give his blessing to his daughter and Val Armorr's marriage. This set the Orando throne in a tumultuous state. Hagga, being essentially an evil witch, mentored Projectra's cousin, Prince Pharoxx, in hopes that he would be King and rule the planet. Projectra and Karate Kid found themselves in combat with the two usurp plotters and were briefly bested by the duo. However, with the help of the Legion, Hagga and Pharoxx fell from power and Projectra did reign.
