Though Henry Heywood, Sr. set up his fortune in Arlington, Virginia with Heywood Defense Industries, the family's roots lay in Ohio. They scattered across the country over the years, they held an annual reunion in Franklin County. On one such occasion, the Fourth Reich tore through the event, killing and injuring many.

Henry, Sr.

Patriarch of the family. A soldier during World War II, he eventually rose to the rank of General. During the war, he dated Gloria Giles, though that relationship ended when he was assumed dead. He found a new love, and asked her to marry him on June 6, 1944.

Henry, Jr.

Eldest son of Henry, Sr., and a military man like his father. Killed in action in Vietnam, when his son was two months old. His wife died a year later.

Henry III

Orphaned at an early age, Hank III was raised by his grandfather and his father's best friend, Dale Gunn.
