In the aftermath of the Safe Haven Collective being blown-up, Superman turns himself over to the D.E.O., Major Disaster and Faith blame themselves, and TheAtom, Batman, Firestorm, and Manitou Raven try to find evidence to clear the JLA's name. Manitou Raven uses his magic and finds that no one died on that location, raising the question of what happened to everyone?
