Jonni Thunder, also known as Thunderbolt, is a private detective who received powers similar to the Golden Age super-hero Johnny Thunder. The original Thunder was able to summon an energy being named Yz, but Jonni actually transforms into an energy being instead. Jonni Thunder was created by Roy Thomas, Dann Thomas, and Dick Giordano, first appearing in Jonni Thunder #1. (1985)
