King Ironsides was an enemy of Wonder Woman.
History
A gang leader calling himself King Ironsides took over Wooloo Island in the South Pacific Ocean, and raided its villages to enslave native laborers, to mine gold ore from the rim of a volcanic caldera. None of these miners lived very long. Ironsides and his thugs wielded modern weapons and wore oversized suits of plate armor and stilts to terrorize the Wooloo Islanders. Nobody knew the king's real name.
Ironsides himself, like his brother Doctor Psycho, was physically a dwarf, but intellectually a giant, who loomed over the field of Geology much as his brother had loomed over that of Psychiatry. Also, like his brother, he and his "Iron Giants" were defeated by Wonder Woman.[1]

- This version of King Ironsides, including all history and corresponding appearances, was erased from existence following the collapse of the original Multiverse in the 1985–86 Crisis on Infinite Earths event and later restored following the rebirth of the infinite Multiverse during the Dark Crisis of 2022-2023. Even though other versions of the character may have appeared, this information does not apply to those versions.
