The Kirri are a people from Rann's past who are enemies to the Rannians.
History
Thousands of years ago there were two species that were fighting over dominance over the planet Rann: The humanoids that became the rulers of Rann today, and a blue skinned race of savages known as the Kirri. The humans of Rann managed to defeat the Kirri and it was at first believed that they were extinct. However, the Kirris are alive and well, and continue to try and conquer Rann for their own purposes.
Powers and Abilities
Powers
They have no superpowers themselves, but ride on space-scooters that have an "Aqua-Ray" weapon attached to the front, which can turn people into puddles of water.
