This version of Lobo was an occupant of a divergent reality commonly referred to as the "Kingdom Come" dimension.
History
Although similar to his New Earth counterpart in many ways, the Kingdom Come Lobo was considerably older, had grown overweight, was going bald, and was now residing on Earth. He was one of several patrons in attendance at a trendy night club on the day that Superman and his resurrected Justice League arrived to voice their disapproval of the current generation of metahumans. Like many others, Lobo rejected the Justice League's concerns, but was too inebriated to protest to any great extent. At some point, either Lobo (or perhaps an admirer), vandalized the Statue of Liberty by spray-painting the words "Lobo Wuz Here" across the body of the statue.
