Trivia
- In the Letters to Lois from Superman's Girl Friend, Lois Lane #19 concerning the story The Girl That Almost Married Clark Kent! A reader pointed out on page 8 panel 6 that Doris Drake was using her left hand to throw an ice bucket at Clark Kent. The reader mentioned that the Magic Amulet that flew off her left wrist and went out the porthole was actually supposed to be on her right wrist. The editor's response was, "Your right-it was right!"
- While Lois and Lana only gain superpowers for a short while in this issue, they regain them by different means in four issues (Superman's Girl Friend, Lois Lane #21). The costumes seen here will resume in that issue and, in Lana's case, much later in Action Comics #583 as well.
- In How Lois Lane Got Her Job Lois is given a surprise celebration for her anniversary of being hired by the Daily Planet.
