History

A Former Special Forces, Lyle Blanco was part of a top-secret government experimentation which resulted in a unique side-effect. He was hired by Black Mask to act as a distraction to Batman who was affecting the Penguin illegal operations. Lyle Blanco, together with Clayface, attacked Batman but was later defeated.
