History

Her father Uved was once a warlord who fought against the rule of Erok of Urrika. To force her father into a treaty, Erok took Milia as a hostage. He never intended on doing her any harm, but he needed to end the conflict without further bloodshed. Her father surrendered and peace was brought to the war-ravaged continent. Milia and Erok fell in love and were married. She became the first Bythgar of Krypton and the first female member of the El family line. Milia was the mother of Kal-El the first, an ancestor of the more famous Kal-El, aka, Superman.

Notes

• This version of Milia, including all history and corresponding appearances, was erased from existence following the collapse of the original Multiverse in the 1985–86 Crisis on Infinite Earths event and later restored following the rebirth of the infinite Multiverse during the Dark Crisis of 2022-2023.
