The Monetti Estate, located in New Jersey, is the home of the Monetti family including US congressman Anthony Monetti, his wife, and his teenage daughter Toni.
History
Several years ago, Toni was revealed to be a human/alien hybrid. Along with four others, she was abducted by a race of alien scientists known as the Psions. These super-powered teenagers escaped from their captors, kidnapped one of the scientists and forced him to pilot his ship back to Earth. The ship crashed into the outdoor swimming pool on the Monetti estate (thankfully, they missed the Olympic-sized indoor swimming pool).
Needless to say, Anthony Monetti was not happy with so much structural damage to his property, but he was glad to see that his daughter was back home, safe and sound.
When Toni and the other teens formed a new group of Teen Titans, they occasionally used the house as a retreat to get away from the hectic activity of super-heroing.
