Mustang Suzy is one of the inhabitants of the Netherworld, a place in Chicago where misfits with genetic anomalies lived.
History
She's not evil, just overenthusiastic. After several run-ins with Hawkman, she became an enforcer for the de facto leader of the Netherworld, Knowbuddy.

- Unique Physiology: Her lower body is a golden motorcycle.
Weaknesses
Restricted Mobility: Though she travels well outside the beaten path, Suzy is still limited in movement. Puncturing her tires is an easy way to disable her.
