Ornitho-Men was the name given by Wally West to a species of birdlike creatures with the heads of bald men that lived in the year 100,842,246 BC.
History
They exhibited some degree of intelligence. When Kid Flash visited their era to destroy a radioactivity-sapping hive sent in the past by the Dokris, he was able to communicate with them by miming, and they cured him of paralysis caused by a giant bee sting using leaves.
