Preztor is the home world of youth Jeem Rehtu better known as Command Kid.
History
Preztor is an ocean world with almost no land masses. Its people live in undersea, domed cities. One of the few islands on the planet is deemed off-limits by the world's citizens who believe that a mountain on the island is inhabited by evil demons. It is for this reason that the island is named Taboo Isle. The Taboo Demon can be exorcised from a possessed host by exposure to gold, the demons' one weakness.
While living on Preztor, Command Kid was possessed by an evil demon who manipulated the boy. Deciding to use Command Kid for evil intent, the possessed boy left Preztor and journeyed to Earth where he attempted to fanagle his way into joining the Legion of Super-Heroes.
