Carter Nichols

Carter Nichols is a Gotham City scientist specializing in time travel and hypnosis. Having developed a time-ray machine, he decided to use his invention for the power of good. He becomes an ally to Batman and Robin, sending them through time in many crime-fighting adventures.

Carter Nichols was created by Joseph Samachson and Dick Sprang, first appearing in Batman #24 (1944).
