Professor Million was an adversary of Green Arrow.
History
Professor Million turned to crime, the first time, because he needed the money to fund a math division in his college. He was busted by Green Arrow, who gave him a break, based on his altruistic motive and nonviolent tactics.[1] The second time, he was assembling a scholarship fund for some impoverished students.[2] The third and fourth times, it was in order to help save some innocent third parties from being framed for crimes committed by guilty fourth parties, so he got two more second chances.[3][4]

- This version of Professor Million, including all history and corresponding appearances, was erased from existence following the collapse of the original Multiverse in the 1985–86 Crisis on Infinite Earths event and later restored following the rebirth of the infinite Multiverse during the Dark Crisis of 2022-2023.
