Rama Kushna is a Himalayan Goddess, a powerful divine and mystical entity who watches over the holy city of Nanda Parbat. She is the ruler over the balance of scale and karma in the universe, and she is also responsible for turning Boston Brand into Deadman.
Rama Kushna was created by Arnold Drake and Carmine Infantino, first appearing in Strange Adventures Vol 1 205 (1967).
