Synopsis for "Faster Than Anything!"
Robin is visiting his girlfriend Stephanie Brown to tell her that he has to leave Gotham City. Stephanie thinks she will be able to handle the situation with her being pregnant and him not being around. They kiss each other and say goodbye.
The next day, Tim and his father Jack Drake fly to Keystone City where Dana Winters is aleady waiting for them. Having not much to do in the evening, Tim puts on his costume and patrols the streets of his new hometown. He immediately comes across a hostage situation in the courthouse.
Robin tries to enter the courthouse, but the police spots him and shoots at him. This leads to Robin crashing right into the hands of the criminals in the building. Before the situation gets out of hand, the Flash appears and quickly takes care of the criminals.
The following day, the Riddler is on a convict bus. He befriends Captain Boomerang and then both villains are able to escape ...
