Synopsis for "A Bottleful of Sea Devils"

The Sea Devils are present as the US Navy tests a new secret weapon that can deaden engines of any enemy craft. A mysterious diver steals the device and escapes from them in a bizarre submarine. After the Sea Devils fail to find any trace of the thief or his prize, they notice a bottle of water in the window of a dive shop holding a miniature version of the thief's submarine.

They ask the owner about it, but he's secretly a spy, Mr. Neptune, who uses a shrinking beam on the Sea Devils and puts them into the same bottle of water as his sub to get rid of them. After surviving the perils of microscopic objects like amoebas, algae and flecks of sand, the Sea Devils manage to find the cork to the bottle. Not only is the secret weapon lodged in it, they dynamite an escape tunnel through it, and knock out Mr. Neptune by rolling the bottle over onto his head. Through more hijinks, the Sea Devils activate Mr. Neptune's shrinking apparatus and return themselves to normal size.
