Nate Kane continues his investigation of an old murder case which involved rookie cop, Jim Corrigan. Meanwhile, Corrigan is trying to help in releasing an innocent man from prison, but he only finds corrupt cops -- Spectre intervenes by killing them all, leaving no witnesses to clear the imprisoned man.
