Spinner

The Spinner is a Gotham City super-villain and enemy to Batman. He wears a suit of metallic armor covered in spinning discs, making him impervious to most damage. His signature weapon is a buzz-saw gun that fires buzz-saws. Spinner was created by Bill Finger and Sheldon Moldoff, first appearing in Batman #129. (1960)

Dorothy Spinner is a psychic youth and member of the Doom Patrol. Her power is the ability to bring imaginary friends into reality. Because of her chimp-face, she has lots of imaginary friends. Dorothy Spinner was created by Paul Kupperberg and Erik Larsen, first appearing in Doom Patrol (Volume 2) #14. (1988)
