Synopsis for "Frostbite: Part 3"

A new drug, a white powder called Frost, is being sold on the streets of Central City. When Ebony White confronted some dealers during a drug deal, they gave her a high dosage of the Frost, and left her to shiver to death on the cold snowy streets.

The Spirit came to her rescue and took her to Dr. Munoz, a leading pharmacologists. As the doctor administered his treatment to the sick girl, the Spirit received a call from Commissioner Dolan. It seems the drug dealers have kidnapped little Imani and they are about to kill her. Immediately after hearing this, the Spirit passes out due to the bullet injury he sustained earlier (last issue).

After waking up, and now bandaged by the doctor, the Spirit asks for the whereabouts of Ebony, who has gone to the old iron foundry to rescue Imani from her kidnappers. The Spirit calls Commissioner Dolan for a helicopter, and they both fly to the foundry too.

At the foundry, Ebony is easily caught by the kidnappers and she surrenders to them in hopes of not being shot at. Meanwhile, above the conflict, the Spirit leaps down from the helicopter and enters the foundry from the rooftop. He too is easily caught and pushed into the pit where the two girls are.

During this confrontation, Commissioner Dolan and the helicopter pilot burst in with guns blazing. A dramatic rescue ensues, leaving the kidnappers dead and the Spirit vowing to go after the the main dealer -- Kass Carmine.

She speaks of a fighter, a champion who has beatin' everything, a man with heart, but who has never noticed her. Meanwhile, the Spirit is listening to her tale outside the diner's door. He then busts in and chases the two bank robbers. He proves that he is the fighter and champion she spoke of by catching the criminals rather easily.
