Picard reluctantly agrees to shore leave on Shanzibar, when Ardra's (Devil's Due) ship is found in orbit. At a tavern, Picard, Troi, Geordi, and Ro (Ensign Ro) start a brawl, get arrested, and wind up in jail, where they find Ardra.
