Synopsis for "Fast Friends"
Kirk tries to get along with R.J. Blaise, the Federation protocol officer, while the Enterprise transports medicine to an epidemic-stricken planet. The Federation considers handing Kirk over to the Klingons and Nasgul. On New Brinden, planetary leaders decide to exterminate those afflicted with the plague when the medicine fails to cure the disease.
