Synopsis for "Rivals (The Conclusion)"

Stonn acknowledges that he knew of his illness but did not tell his wife or daughter, allowing each to think that the other was responsible for his condition. He also admits to Spock that "having was not so pleasing a thing after all, as wanting". Stonn dies and Kirk is ordered to reestablish a treaty with the Nara'Gi at any cost. T'Ariis and Dalen arrive on 'Gi where outsiders are reviled. T'Ariss must flee xenophobic gangs and is only saved from injury by Spock, who has promised Sepora he would find T'Ariis. T'Ariss must reexamine her actions and find her true path. Kirk fails to obtain a treaty agreement and Spock shares his thoughts on T'Pring with McCoy.
