Synopsis for "The Dark Side, Part Five"

The mysterious representative from the Stormwatch Shadow Cabinet seemingly kills Adam One for failing to lead Stormwatch. But he later explains that death is required to become part of the Shadow Cabinet. He then proceeds to figure out who will lead Stormwatch next. To everyone's surprise, he picks The Projectionist.

Meanwhile, Midnighter and Apollo are running through the station, still unsure that either of them wants to join the team. Midnighter uses his power to learn about the ship and soon an alarm sounds. Apollo heads out into Hyperspace to see what it is. But Midnighter realizes that someone set off the alarm on purpose and finds Harry Tanner stealing some of the Stormwatch records. Harry claims his interest lies in helping Earth, even if he has to rule it. Midnighter finds this notion disturbing and the two get into a fight.

The Projectionist walks in on the two fighting and Harry grabs her, and escapes the station. He then sends the rest of the team a message that he has set the giant horn they recovered to blow up and with that, the Eye of the Storm detonates with the team inside.
