Trivia
- This is one of the few episodes where the Kent couple interacts with Kal-El in his adult segment.
- Zod resembles his Silver Age version; Ursa first appeared in the Superman movie, filling a role similar to that of Faora; So the appearance of these two characters simultaneously in this episode could be considered redundant.
- While in Post-Crisis a much more complicated plot was made to explain the existence of Zod and other Phantom Zoners, the episode shows them as part of our universe.
