Superman Family #204 is an issue of the series Superman Family (Volume 1) with a cover date of December, 1980. It was published on August 11, 1980.

Synopsis for Supergirl: "The Earthquake Enchantment"

Supergirl returns to Santa Augusta and finds an earthquake shaking the town. Supergirl swiftly gets to save people, but the earthquake stops as abruptly as it began. Puzzled, Supergirl changes clothes and walks into New Athens Experimental School, where she is greeted by her co-workers, including new sorcery instructor June Moone. She also hears another teacher mentioning that quake oddly didn't register on his seismograph.

Later, a second, sudden earthquake starts shaking the town. Supergirl investigates, and discovers it is the Enchantress who is magically setting off earthquakes. Supergirl demands an explanation, but June just vanishes as grumbling about Supergirl ruining her timing to attain more power following Dzamor's will. The next morning, Linda decides to read on him, and learns that Nether Gods are able to influence humans when cosmic conditions are right.

At night, Supergirl has deduced that Santa Augusta is the focal point of an astral alignment that generates some kind of cosmic energy Enchantress intends to tap. As patrolling, Supergirl witnesses Enchantress setting off a third Earthquake. Supergirl falls down, unable to come close to Enchantress due to her magic spell draining all science-based super-powers on Earth and into her body. Enchantress declares she is only attempting to become all-powerful so she can fight all evil in the world, but Supergirl believes such a power would corrupt Enchantress.

Straining herself, Supergirl manages to fly out of the planet and out of the spell's range. Since Enchantress' spell depends on a cosmic alignment, Supergirl kicks the Moon out of orbit and disrupts her spell. Infuriated, Enchantress teleports away, declaring that Supergirl is her enemy from now on. Supergirl kicks the Moon of back on place and travels back to Santa Augusta, but she can't find the Enchantress.
