Synopsis for "Arrival, Part VI"

Less than a year ago, Lois gave Clark some disturbing news: the Lois of the new world had revealed Superman's identity. The secret was out. Lois was nervous about the possible changes on their lives, but Clark reassured her there was nothing be frightened of. They would push on, like they always have.

In the present, Superman and Lois work together to find Cora Benning, Lois' publisher. The plan is simple: Lois calls Cora on her cellphone while Superman focues his super-hearing to locate the phone's ringtone. The plan works and Superman flies to save Cora. Superman finds her in a cabin on San Francisco. After disposing of the thugs, Superman frees Cora and leaves before revealing his identity; but it is too late, Cora has already told Intergang who Author X is.

Meanwhile, Lois goes to pick up Jon from school and finds him in the library, writing a story about Superman. As soon as they reach their car, however, they are captured by Intergang agents.

On the Roosevelt Bridge, Riddick and her TV crew are already filming Bad Ass Nation, with ex-con Glenn as the star. Glenn, wearing powered armor, has accepted the name "Blackrock" and, under Riddick's instructions, begins tearing the bridge apart. The crew, however, is unaware Riddick's second unit was unable to clear the bridge, putting bystanders in danger. Superman rushes to find Lois and Jon but when he sees the broken bridge, he is forced to intervene. After saving the people on the bridge, Superman goes off to confront Blackrock.

At the Excalibur's crash site, investigator Chambers questions Henshaw about his whereabouts for the past few days. He was not found in the wreckage, so his reappearance seems suspicions. Suddenly, the female conqueror attacks the base and identifies herself as Hyathis, High Panala of Alstair. Henshaw has the Oblivion Stone, and she wants it.

The Intergang goons trap Lois and Jon in a tool closet, which they set on fire. Lois attempts to comfort Jon, but he asks why does his father look like Superman and why does she look like the woman who outed him. Jon always wondered about why he didn't have grandparents or other family, now he wants answers. In an amazing display of strength, he breaks free of his bonds. After Jon frees Lois, she attempts to reach for the door, but the flames are too strong. Fortunately, Jon reaches the door without any harm. Lois realizes Jon has superpowers.
