Synopsis for "Fugitive Justice!"

Superman, Mope, Leeya, and Smitty have escaped the Tribunal and landed on a strange planet. At first besieged by this planet's forces, they are taken into the care of the Gatekeeper, who is familiar with Smitty. Smitty, however, had intended for his race to invade and conquer this planet, but the plan is foiled by his fellow escapees. The Gatekeeper promises that Smitty will not leave his planet.

Meanwhile, the Tribunal hires Freelance to find their escaped prisoners, and the Superman Rescue Squad takes off in search of the lost hero.
