Telepath (disambiguation)

Telepath is an inter-galactic law enforcement officer and a member of L.E.G.I.O.N.. He is the last surviving member of his homeworld, Zsiglon. His name is unpronounceable, but it's shortened to Qi'Qi. Due to his incredible psychic powers, he is given the codename Telepath. Telepath was created by Alan Grant and Barry Kitson, first appearing in L.E.G.I.O.N. #15. (1990)
