Kev Hawkins is a black ops military figure in the Wildstorm Universe. He is a British soldier serving with the SAS, known for his incredible bad luck. In his first super-hero adventure, he was tasked with assassinating the Authority. Kev Hawkins was created by Garth Ennis and Glenn Fabry, first appearing in The Authority: Kev #1. (2002)
