Synopsis for "Green Lantern... Master Criminal of the 25th Century"

A "Syntho-steed", giant horse-like creature, starts breaking havoc in Central City. The Flash and Green Lantern attempt to stop it, but the creature somehow deflects their powers. After getting hit with a boulder, the creature drops its collar, and the two heroes realize that it's a material made on and sent from the 25th century. So, using Green Lantern's ring, they travel to the future.

There, they learn that Eobard Thawne is the creator of those creatures, so they ask his help to stop the rampaging monster on their era, but they don't know that he is responsible for sending the creature to their era. Professor Zoom, as part of his scheme, asks Green Lantern to steal a golden statue for him while he goes back in time to help Flash. Reluctant, Hal accepts, and sends the two speedsters back to 1973 while he steals the statue. The Green Lantern of the 25th Century intercepts Hal's effort to steal the piece, and after failed attempts to explain the situation, the alien Green Lantern blasts Hal. But instead of killing him, Hal commanded his ring to send him back in time if he was blasted by his fellow's power ring.

Back in 1973, the Flash and Reverse Flash attempts to hit the creature with their super-speed, but again the monster deflects them. However, they duplicate their speed by vibrating and joining their atoms, making them fast and strong enough to defeat the creature. They separate their atoms, and Green Lantern appear again in 1973, with the statue on his hands. He gives the treasure to Zoom, but since the statue is yellow, Green Lantern was unable to protect it from the stresses of time-travel, and it turns to golden dust. Zoom snaps at him, and lets the truth slip, revealing that he sent the creature to convince the Flash to steal the statue for him. Flash incapacitates Zoom and they take him to the authorities of the 25th Century, and Hal Jordan is absolved from the theft charges after he replaces the lost statue with one of his era.
