Synopsis for "The Immortal Coil Part 1 of 3"
Deathstroke appears at Titans Tower. He reveals that he has taken a job to recover something valuable from Tartarus and Vandal Savage. He asks for the Titans' help. Despite distrusting him, the Titans agree to assist. Deathstroke has placed a tracker on the item and it reveals the item is in Zandia. The Titans and Deathstroke take a new T-Jet supplied by Dayton Industries via Changeling to Zandia. In Zandia H.I.V.E. soldiers are hiding strange technological devices across Zandia. The Titans arrive too late to witness this but do confront the H.I.V.E. soldiers. Soon, robots controlled by Tartarus join the battle. During the battle, Cyborg is lured away by a message from Savage and Changeling follows him. While the Titans battle the robots and H.I.V.E. soldiers, Deathstroke disappears. Cyborg and Changeling go to meet Savage in the caves below the H.I.V.E. base, which is located on a floating island in the skies over Zandia. Savage makes an offer to Cyborg: he will provide him with a new human body. Back on Zandia, the Titans finish off the Tartarus robots and H.I.V.E. soldiers. The Titans learn the whereabouts of Deathstroke based upon a tracker they placed in Deathstroke’s gear. He is in the sky above them.
