Synopsis for "Hydrophobia"

Tempest, Argent and Damage are visiting the small sea-town named Four Heroes which is located in Maine. The people there are suddenly afraid of water which is a big problem as they are reliant on fishing.

Tempest quickly finds a blond young woman who stands out as the only one not afraid of the rain which is pouring down on the sea-town. Together with Damage and Argent he tries to catch the woman named Siren after she jumped into the sea. Her singing has a controlling effect on Damage who immediately helps her escape. Then Damage is afraid of water as well and Tempest has to save him and Argent from drowning instead of following Siren.

While Damage and Argent use a rather unconventional way to cure the people of Four Heroes from their hydrophobia, Tempest successfully locates Siren and is able to defeat her. To prevent further acts of Eco-terrorism, Tempest hands her over to the agents of the D.E.O. He has no clue that only a little later she is freed by none other than Vandal Savage.

Meanwhile, Arsenal and Troia spent the day together in New York City. With her complex history in mind she just enjoys being with Roy. But the quietness fades quickly as a man Troia recognizes as Red Panzer wreaks havoc in the city ...
