The "Sucker Stick" was a weaponized staff built by the evil Doctor Ub'x on his homeworld of H'lven. He used it to cause his nemesis Ch'p endless trouble.
History
Mixing his knowledge of science and his new abilities for sorcery, Ub'x created the Sucker Stick, which allowed him to counter Ch'p's Power Ring. The power of the staff also gave him knowledge about the imminent Crisis, and Ub'x used it to turn himself into an energy form, which allowed him to survive the re-shifting of the multiverse. Following his enemy to Earth, Ub'x used the Sucker Stick to defeat not only Ch'p but also the other Green Lanterns. When Ub'x's willpower wavered, the staff lost control over his physical form, and he was almost erased from existence, but Ch'p saved him by reforming his body. The stick, however, was seemingly destroyed.[1]
