Synopsis for "Homecoming, Part Two: Of Kings and Cabbages"
Sheriff Lindo awakens in the crashed squad car. The mystery man has already taken Mayor Fury out. The Sheriff is able to get Deputy Duray out of the backseat before the car explodes.
Mayor Fury sees the explosion and wants to go back and help but the mystery man punches Mayor Fury and knocks him out.
At the Mayor's welcome back party, everyone in attendance is shocked at the apparent return of the once thought dead, Mr. Articulate. When Mr. Articulate realizes everyone is staring he asks what's wrong. Pink Bunny explains that he was murdered by Colonel Cragg. The resident physician, Dr. Steel, uses her powers to perform a "visual autopsy" on Mr. Articulate and finds that it's not only him, but he's also healthier than when she did his original autopsy. While there are some who still have their doubts, Pink Bunny finally steps up, kisses Mr. Articulate, and declares to everyone that it is really him.
Sheriff Lindo sets Deputy Duray down for a bit and the Deputy tells her he thinks Mayor Fury set all this up. Sheriff Lindo doesn't want to believe it but he tells her they should be ready.
The mystery man is taunting Mayor Fury. He finally has had enough and attacks the mystery man. At first the Mayor gains the upper hand but then the mystery man turns the tables on him. After he beats down Mayor Fury he claims to be the Mayor's son.
Maximum Man, Goshawk, and Cosmos head out to find the Sheriff. They see the burning wreckage and find the Deputy and the Sheriff. The Sheriff tells Maximum Man to find the Mayor and to be prepared to take him out if necessary.
Back at the party, Pink Bunny is informed about her husband's abduction and when they describe what the man looks like who took the Mayor, Pink Bunny seems to know who they're talking about.
