History
Thus far, little is known of this universe. Even the year is currently unknown - it is sometime in the 20th century, after a war whose final battle spanned three languages. However, that was five years ago, and in the aftermath, an organization called the Golden Tree has arisen, run by the rich to keep the world as they would have it.
Crime is a definite problem. However, in the United States and across the world, men and women are discovering that they have been pushed too far. And they are using the skills at their disposal to push back on crime.
