Synopsis for "How Many Times Can a Man Turn His Head?"

Barry Allen is at home with his wife Iris West-Allen and they are talking about how crime in Central City is on the way down thanks to the "War on Crime" program which is funded by Lexcorp. Iris likes this because Barry has more time for her.

Meanwhile, Oliver Queen and Hal Jordan are entering Central City in Ollie's pickup. But the car is not registered and quickly they are stopped by heavily armed police forces. Ollie calls this Nazi-like actions and after a physical altercation both he and Hal are arrested. It is Barry who bails them out of jail and gives them their equipment out of the impound lot. In a diner, the three heroes talk about what happened. Tempers flare as Ollie is not only against the new control measures in Central City, he also thinks that Hal Jordan has evolved into a puppet of the Guardians of the Universe.

Wearing their costumes, the heroes fly to City Hall to speak to Mayor Phist. Phist is not open for any liberal discussion, but Hal snuck out some files from the mayor's desk that indicate even more drastic control measures in the near future. One of them is forcing lobotomies on arrested villains, so the heroes decide to free the recently jailed villains Mirror Master and Captain Cold. The mayor sends in his police forces, but they are no match for Flash, Green Lantern and Green Arrow. Not only do they defeat the policemen, but they get the mayor arrested as well.

Afterwards, Barry is offering Hal and Ollie to stay at his home, but Green Arrow is already being picked up by Black Canary ...
