Synopsis for "The Man with the Magic Monocles"

John Cheval owns a lens-grinding business on a piece of property worth millions. The holders of his mortgage cheat him out of it to sell the property to unscrupulous developers who will pay them money they need to recoup losses they've incurred while speculating. Unfortunately for them, Cheval was the master of his field and had invented monocles that bestowed superhuman abilities. He begins hunting down and murdering the criminal bankers in revenge, but is stopped in the end by Hawkman, who hurls the Sixth Commandment at his defeated foe.
