Synopsis for "The Creatures from the Canyon"

Creatures from a canyon beneath the sea emerge and kidnap a friend of Carter Hall. The creatures, known as Kogats, then bring Hawkman under the sea. Hawkman meets their King Jupo who plans to conquer the world. Hawkman is overpowered, but he receives help from Poseidon to overcome the Kogats and save the world.

Synopsis for "Magic's in the Air"

Inspired by his encounter with a stage magician, Johnny Thunder attempts to learn some magic tricks. When he accidentally summons his Thunderbolt, Johnny turns a rabbit into an elephant. The animal crashes through the wall and onto the streets. Johnny brings the elephant under control and uses it to rescue people trapped in a house fire. When Johnny's power wears off, the elephant turns back into a rabbit.

Synopsis for "The Giant Animals"

Jay Garrick is summoned to Canada by his old friend, Jim Evans. Evans explains that the town is being menaced by a giant Gila monster. The monster is controlled by some crooks and are using it to help them rob banks.

Flash lures the monster to its demise, but the crooks create more. Flash rescues the scientist responsible for the creation of the monsters, catches the crooks, and has the military kill the remaining monsters.

Synopsis for "The Witch's Revenge"

The Witch is stranded on an island in the South Pacific. Pirates led by Chang Wu raid the island searching for hidden jade treasure. The Witch convinces them to send a message to the King who arrives on the island disguised as a missionary. The King then rescues the Witch from the pirates and together they locate the jade treasure. After the pirates are defeated and captured, the King and the Witch sail home aboard a naval vessel.

Synopsis for "The Orphanage Benefit"

Rod Gaynor and his friends visit the town of Santa Guerra. They attend a charity benefit to help a local orphanage. The charity organizer is Rod's old college friend Horace "Tubby" Toomer. During the event, a man disguised as the Whip steals the cash raised from donations. Rod pursues him, but finds only a dummy tied to a horse. Marisa begins searching the other guests in hopes of discovering the thief. Rod changes into his costume and returns to the party, hoping he too can smoke out the thief.
