Synopsis for "The Big Freeze!"
When a planted rumor to a rival newspaper about Captain Cold apparently being a benefit to man, Iris West and Barry Allen travel to the paper so that Iris and the Flash (whom Iris doesn't know is Barry) can set the paper straight. While they are gone from town, Captain Cold builds a miniature freeze ray and escapes from prison.
While Barry searches for Cold as the Flash, the Captain arrives at the home of Iris West, proposing to her. When Iris rejects his offer, he freezes the entire city and demands that she comply. The Flash arrives, and fights through Cold's usual ice mirages and ice traps and defeats his old foe once more, restoring the city back to normal and returning him to the authorities. Later, as Barry Allen, the Flash hears from Iris the incredible story.
