Synopsis for "The Man Who Stole Central City!"

On the 86th world in Dimension 24, an advanced civilization has taken particular interest in the exploits of the Earth dimension's hero the Flash. One member of this society, Modrie, decides to travel to Earth and use his advanced science and knowledge of Earth events to make himself a rich man.
Arriving on Earth and disguising himself as Mr. Odriex, Modrie makes it rich and refuses to pay his taxes making him a criminal. However, he is uncatchable due to his advance weapons that allow him to shunt any means of capture to another dimension. When Modrie's Elder arrives on Earth and warns the Flash, Flash easily defeats Modrie and turns him over to the police, who do not believe that he's from another dimension.

Synopsis for "The Race to Thunder Hill!"

After saving his girlfrined Kitty Clark as Kid Flash, Wally races home to help his father in a car race. As they are gainting, two unsportsman competators manages to force them off the road and hold them hostage. However, as Kid Flash, Wally frees himself and stops the cheaters and frees his father. The two then win the race togeather in spite of the interference.
